How we protect personal data

Level Plus Design takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unintended disclosure, and unauthorized alteration. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact us through this email address. Level Plus Design has taken the following measures to protect your personal data:

  • Security software, such as an antivirus program and a firewall.

  • TLS (formerly SSL): We transmit your data via a secure internet connection. You can tell this by the “https” in the address bar and the padlock icon.

  • DKIM, SPF, and DMARC are three internet standards we use to prevent you from receiving emails in our name that contain viruses, are spam, or are intended to obtain personal (login) information.

  • DNSSEC is an additional security measure (supplementing DNS) for converting a domain name (https://levelplusdesign.com/) to its associated IP address (server name); it is provided with a digital signature. You can have that signature verified automatically. This way, we prevent you from being redirected to a fake IP address.

In addition, the following measures are implemented to protect personal data:

  • We use professional security software (including antivirus and firewall) on all devices that have access to personal data.

  • Access to business accounts and systems is strictly secured via multi-factor authentication (MFA).

  • We use an encrypted VPN connection when accessing data via public or unsecured networks.
